2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the Public Prosecutor states that though the Accused No.4 viz., Palanivel was detained under NSA and he was confined at Koraput District Prison of Orissa State. But later, the said accused A4 viz., Palanivel was acquitted from the said case and now he is regularly appearing in this case in S.C.No.34 of 2005. Therefore, this petition filed by the petitioner is infructuous.
4. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
