Although the prayer made in the instant petition is for setting aside the order dated 26.9.2017, whereby the trial court has granted ad interim exparte injunction in Original Suit No.558 of 2017 in favour of the plaintiff respondents, but at the time of making oral submissions, counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would feel satisfied in case a direction is issued to the trial court to decide the objections filed against the application for temporary injunction. He points out that the objections were filed on 16.10.2017.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the matter relating to temporary injunction including the objections thereto, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
