Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the prayer. This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 19.06.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant has sought following corrections in the order dated 19.06.2018 :
(i) In the fifteenth line of the first paragraph of the order, the words "in S.T. No. 26 of 2009" is added along with other sections.
(ii) In the sixth line of seventh paragraph of the order, section "143" is deleted and substituted by "147".
(iii) In the last line of seventh paragraph of the order, the words "in S.T. No. 26 of 2009, Case Crime No. 215 of 2008 and S.T. No. 22 of 2009, u/s 25/4 Arms Act" be added.
The correction application is allowed.
