Heard Sri R.K. Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K. Sand, learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner was the agent of the Company in question. One of the investor has filed a petition before Calcutta High Court and Committee has been constituted for the payment of the money to the investors.
One of the member of the said Committee is the lawyer who is representing the Company in question. An undertaking has been given on behalf of the Company that it would pay of the money to the investors and the next date fixed is 19th September, 2018.
Put up the matter on 24.9.2018 on which date the petitioner shall file the supplementary affidavit mentioning the fact that how many investors have been paid back their money and whether respondent no.4 has also got the money invested by him back or not.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in pursuance of FIR dated 20.8.2018, case crime no.128 of 2018, u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Khukhundu, district Deoria.
