Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 15.06.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.6209 of 2015 has been complied with by the respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
