JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016 be disposed of by the third respondent after causing an inspection of the site within fifteen days of the receipt of the order and in case unauthorized construction is found to take action in accordance with law after notice to all concerned and conclude the proceedings within a period of two months thereafter.
The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.2619 of 2017 is closed.
