Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. Earlier also, the petitioner had approached this Court by means of filing Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 29611 of 2018 with the prayer to quash the F. I. R. dated 25.9.2018, which has also been impugned in this writ petition and registered as Case Crime No. 845 of 2018, under Sections- 323, 307, 504 and 506 IPC at P. S.-Kotwali,district-Deoria, which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018 without any liberty to file any fresh writ petition.
Hence this is the second writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same relief, which is not maintainable.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
