The petitioner seeks consideration of his application for transfer in nearby district to his native place i.e. Bareilly.
Submission is that the claim of the petitioner can be considered in the light of the transfer policy framed by the State Government.
Only prayer made during the course of argument is to issue a direction to the competent authority namely Education Director (Madhyamik), Lucknow to consider the request of the petitioner within stipulated period.
To this prayer, learned Standing Counsel raises no objection.
In view thereof, the writ petition is being disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 namely Education Director (Madhyamik), Lucknow to consider and decide the request of the petitioner, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
