Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of case under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. in Case No. 964 of 2013 (Krishna Devi vs. Rajesh Kumar), P.S. Koraon, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Badaun.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.
In view of the above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
