Sri Shailendra, learned counsel for the plaintiffs-respondents raised a preliminary objection that the order impugned is revisable and as such, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
Once the Court has declined to interfere in the matter and confronted with the situation, Sri Namit Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he will definitely avail the alternative remedy and the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
Certified copy of the order impugned shall be returned back to learned counsel for the petitioners retaining photocopy of the same.
