JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is with a direction to the respondents to remove LCO No.25339 standing in the name of the Petitioner and for a direction to remove the name of the Petitioner from the defaulter's list.
2.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been substantially met with but for a few grievances.
3.In this back-ground, the Petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation ventilating his grievance to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
