Copy of this application is served upon learned advocates for the respondents and they have conveyed to learned advocate for the applicant that if prayer made in this application of removing the office objections within prescribed time limit is granted, they have no objection.
In view of the above and considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and what is averred in paras 2 to 5 of this application, prayers in terms of para 7[B] and [C] are granted.
Order accordingly.
This application is allowed to the aforesaid extent only.
If the office objections are not removed within 2 weeks from today, no further application will be entertained.
