Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent State.
The present application is for suspension of sentence and regular bail.
It appears that earlier, the very convict had preferred the application being Criminal Misc. Application No.15168 of 2008, which came to be rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2008 and, therefore, the present application is nothing but a successive bail application, which cannot be granted.
However, considering the facts and circumstances, as the main appeal is of the year 2008, office is directed to expedite the preparation of the paper-book and complete the same within a period of six months and the appeal be listed for hearing thereafter within oner month.
The application is disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
