JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.K.Magesh, being a disabled person with 60% partial permanent disability on his left hand and leg, unable to find a job for his survival, has sent a representation on 20.2.2017 to the second respondent explaining his hardship and seeking permission to run a bunk shop at West Gate, Elcot Park, Sholinganallur for his livelihood. As the petitioner has to eke out his livelihood, finding no response, he has come to this Court seeking for disposal of his representation.
2. P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first and third respondents.
3. This Court, taking into account that the petitioner is suffering from 60% disability, hereby directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.2.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
