Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the instant application, the applicants are seeking direction for the Juvenile Justice Board, Basti to consider the bail application of the applicants expeditiously in Case Crime No. 819 of 2012 (State v. Shiv Poojan and others), under sections 323, 504 and 308 IPC, P.S. Sonha, District Basti.
No such prayer can be acceded by this Court at this juncture.
However, it is expected from the concerned judicial authority that it would decide the matter at the first opportunity, without any unreasonable delay.
For this purpose filing of application under section 482 Cr.P.C., is gross misuse of process of law and thus dismissed.
