Heard Sri Ved Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the order dated 7.6.2019 passed in Complaint Case No.3347 of 2018 (Km. Nishi Bhargava vs. Vishnu Kumar Pandey and others), Police Station Highway, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made for a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate to issue the process under Section 204 Cr.P.C.
After arguing the matter at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant prays that a direction may be issued to the court below for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid complaint case.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the aforesaid complaint case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
