Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
On the last occasion the Court had noted the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner in the following terms:-
"According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner received 428.82 marks whereas the cut off for O.B.C. candidates was 410.6 and for General 418.77. She has allegedly not been called for further selection process.
Learned Standing Counsel shall obtain instructions. Include in the list of fresh cases of 27 November 2018. "
Learned Standing Counsel has placed on the record instructions which for the purposes of identification are marked as 'X'. As per disclosures made in paragraph-4 of these instructions, the petitioner obtained a total of 408.57 marks whereas the last cut off for OBC female candidates was 410.10. Consequently no cause arises for issuance of the writs as prayed for.
Writ petition is dismissed.
