The petitioners seek a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to declare the result of U.P.T.E.T. Examination-2018 afresh after rectifying the answer keys with reference to the disputed questions.
The petitioners seek to challenge the key answers of six questions with the contention that the said key answers displayed by the respondent no. 2 is incorrect, whereas the answers given by the petitioners are correct.
It is noteworthy that the dispute pertaining to the correctness of the key answer of U.P.T.E.T. Examination-2018 had been examined by this Court in Writ-A No. - 25791 of 2018 (Smt. Shimla Singh vs. State Of U.P. And Another) alongwith other connected writ petitiona decided on 19.12.2018.
No fresh controversy can be allowed to be raised by means of the present writ petition.
The writ petition is, thus, dismissed being devoid of merits.
