Although learned Standing Counsel is present, none has appeared for the petitioner even in the revised call.
The Court finds no ground to issue the writs as prayed for bearing in mind the fact that the dispute which is raised is in respect of a Physical Efficiency Test which was liable to be undertaken in December 2019. The evidently stale claim raised in that respect merits no consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
