Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail since he wants to complete his house repairing.
From jail remarks, it transpires that applicant-convict was on furlough leave during October-November, 2011 and thereafter, he was enlarged on temporary bail for this very purpose for the period from 27th December, 2011 to 10th January, 2012.
Under these circumstances, the application is not required to be entertained. Hence, it is rejected. Rule discharged.
