1. Heard Ms. Pandya, learned advocate for the petitioner. She submitted that persons similarly situated as present petitioner had preferred individual petition which has been considered by this Court (Coram:- Hon'ble Smt. Justice Abhilasha Kumari) and in those cases the Court has directed the office to issue notice to the respondents. She has placed, for consideration of this Court, a copy of the order dated 28.3.2011 passed in SCA No. 3898 of 2011. She has submitted that the said case is actually identical to the present case and the petitioner in the said case is similarly situated as present petitioner. On such submission she requested for similar order in present petitions.
2. Considering the said submission, Notice returnable on 4.5.2012.
3. The office is directed to place copy of this order in each petition.
