The instant criminal revision under section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the summoning order dated 24.11.2018 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-VIII/Special Judge-VIII POCSO Act, Jhansi in Session Trial No. 163 of 2016, arising out of case crime no. 148 of 2016, under sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 302 IPC, P.S.
Prem Nagar, District Jhansi.
In view of the arguments raised on behalf of the revisionist, the matter requires consideration.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2 returnable within four weeks.
Steps be taken within one week.
List on 12.03.2019 before appropriate Court. The matter shall not be treated to be tied up/ part heard to this Bench.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive measure shall be taken/executed against the revisionist.
