Petitioners are the original defendants who have challenged the order of learned Principal District Judge, Gandhinagar in Civil Misc. Appeal No. 67 of 2009, confirming the order of trial Court passed on 29th July, 2006 of application for injunction in Regular Civil Suit No. 36 of 2006. Learned advocate Mr.Raval has heavily relied upon the outcome of Criminal case No.618/2006,as also on relevant documentary material to question legality of orders impugned.
