Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, so also considering the order dated 20/1/2012 passed in M.C.A. For Direction No. 2425/2011 in Appeal From Order No. 170/2009 and more particularly considering para. 6.1 in the said order and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the pleadings of the applicants, the interim injunction order dated 13/7/2009 granted by this Court and while disposing of the aforesaid A.O., which was ordered to be continued till 15/3/2012 vide aforementioned order dated 20/1/2012, shall now stand further extended upto 23/03/2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
