1. The writ petition is filed against the order dated 20.02.2018 passed by Additional Sub District Magistrate, Shamli whereby respondents are impleaded as party and against the order dated 02.11.2020 passed by Additional Commissioner Administration 3rd, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur whereby revision of petitioners was rejected on the ground that it is only an interlocutory order and application under Section 229-B of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 still has to be decided on merits and parties are at liberty to raise their contentions before the concerned authority.
2. The aforesaid position has not been disputed by learned counsel for petitioners. This writ petition is filed against the order of impleading respondents as party which is an interlocutory order and proceedings are yet to be decided on merit. No illegality or irregularity could be pointed out in the impugned orders.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
