During the course of hearing, considering the nature of disputes and close relationship of the parties litigating over the years, the Court proposed conciliation of the disputes by the retired District Judge and the parties have agreed to workout the possibility of such amicable settlement. Both the sides jointly proposed the name of Shri C.T.Parikh, retired District Judge presently stationed at Rajkot for the said purpose, who is hereby requested to undertake this task and endeavour to resolve the disputes of the parties as far as possible within 4 weeks.
Learned advocates for the parties have agreed to tender a copy of this order to the learned Judge as also to communicate to him telephonically.
Matter is, therefore, adjourned to 26.4.2012.
