By way of this application, applicant has prayed to extend further period of 30 days of temporary bail granted earlier in Criminal Misc. Application No.7498 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.1045 of 2008.
R/CR.MA/9120/2015 ORDER Considering the facts narrated in the application, order dated 23.4.2015 of temporary bail, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.7498 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.1045 of 2008 and treating this case as a special case, the temporary bail is extended for further period of FIFTEEN days, on the same terms and conditions.
Petition is allowed in above terms. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
