This writ petition has been filed to provide one more opportunity to the petitioners to deposit the entire dues of loan amount under the One Time Settlement scheme.
Sri Ashish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank states that the One Time Settlement scheme stood closed on 31.1.2021.
Under such circumstances, the petitioners may approach the respondent no.1 who shall consider the application of the petitioners sympathetically and, if at all possible, may consider for the One Time Settlement.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
