1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant herein - original petitioner to restore Company Application No.116 of 2010.
2. Having heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and so as to give an additional opportunity to the applicant to submit his case on merits in Company Application No.116 of 2010 and subject to payment of cost, which is quantified at Rs.1,000/-, to be deposited with Gujarat High Court Advocates' Law Library within a period of one week from today, the present application is allowed and Company Application No.116 of 2010 is ordered to be restored to file. With this, the present application is disposed of.
