Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of this application u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant has prayed for direction to dispose of his application under Section 125 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Basti.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection if any direction is issued for disposal of the said application in time bound period.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is hereby directed that court below shall consider and dispose of the application of the applicant under Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C. within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The criminal revision is, accordingly, disposed of.
