The grievance of the petitioners is that even though civil suit is pending between the parties but they appear to be aggrieved by notice dated 09.09.2020 issued by Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur calling upon the petitioners to appear before the Tax Superintendent Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur so as to facilitate the disposal of the claim of mutation Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said exercise is being carried out only with a view to create evidence. Be that as it may, there is no good ground to entertain this petition, in a matter pertaining to mutation.
The writ petition is dismissed.
