[1.0] Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original respondent Nos.2 to 5 for an appropriate order to direct that applicant Nos.1 to 4 herein only be paid Rs.25,000/- as ordered by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.7015/2011.
[2.0] Though the present application is adjourned five times, all throughout the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants has chosen to remain absent.
[3.0] Today also, when the present application is taken up for hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants has chosen to remain absent. Hence, present application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
