Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
By way of the instant petition, admission has been sought in Nursery Class by the petitioners who are 97 in number. The admission is to be accorded by respondent no.6 on the recommendation of respondent nos.4 and 5. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners needs to be examined by respondent nos.4 and 5 at the first instance.
Accordingly, the petitioners may make a representation, ventilating all his grievances, supported by such documents, as may be advised before the respondent nos.4 and 5 within two weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, respondent nos.4 and 5 shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks from the date the representation is made.
With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of.
Cost easy.
