In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 06.10.2021 the matter is placed today.
Shri Chandan Sharma, Advocate has filed instruction which is taken on record to the effect that the petitioner has been readjusted at Varanasi and letter has been sent in that regard .
In view of said statement nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said instructions. The petitioner will approach the District Judge, Varanasi with the copy of this order who shall take steps in accordance with the instruction received.
