Learned Standing Counsel submitted that as per the High School Certificate, petitioner no. 1 Smt. Khushbu is minor, a fact which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail any other remedy as may be available to him.

In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
