Learned Standing Counsel states that the next date fixed for the decision of the Stay Application is 29.7.2019.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the Stay Application may now be decided within a period of two weeks from the next date fixed, unless there is any legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
Till orders are passed on the Stay Application , no coercive action may take place. It is expected that the petitioner would cooperate in the decision of the Stay Application.
