JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with the FIR being I-C.R.No. 192 of 2010 registered with Visnagar Police Station for the alleged offences under sections 196, 197, 465, 467, 471, 120B, 201 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. After some arguments, earned advocate Mr. H.M.Parikh seeks permission to withdraw the present application. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
