The petitioners claim to be working on class IV post as Daily Wagers with Nagar Nigam Bareilly since the year 1991. They are claiming regularisation of their services in terms of Government Order dated 13.8.2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have made representation in this regard on 4.10.2016, which is still pending before the second respondent.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 very fairly stated that the representation filed by the petitioners shall be decided within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issues, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 4.10.2016, within a period of next three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
