1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed to recall the order dated 8.5.2012 passed by this Court in Misc. Civil Application No. 1414 of 2012.
2. Heard learned advocate for the applicant and perused the material on record.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case I am of the view that the grounds mentioned in the application are not sufficient and convencing grounds to allow this application and transfer the proceedings from Mehsana to Kalol. Apart from that the distance between Mehsana to Kalol is only about 40 Kms and it is not difficult for the petitioner to travel a distance of about 40 Kms. Therefore, the present application deserves to be rejected and the same is accordingly rejected.
