Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not wish to press this application and therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The applicant has also filed an application dated 20.7.2018 with the aforesaid prayer, duly supported by an affidavit.
Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
