JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.According to the petitioner, since the copies of documents sought by him under the RTI Act, have not been furnished by the Public Information Officer/ third respondent and the Appellate Authority/ second respondent, he filed second appeal on 31.07.2017 before the first respondent and yet he has not been furnished with the documents sought for by him. Therefore the petitioner is before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the second appeal filed by the petitioner would be disposed of on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the second appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
