Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
"(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to issue a death certificate of late Premwati first wife of the husband late Masuriyadeen.
(B) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 12.12.2019 moved by the petitioner."
The prayers prayed for requires to be granted except prayer 'A' at this stage.
The respondent No.2, Additional District Magistrate (Revenue), Kushambi shall decide the representation except prayer 'A' of the petitioner dated 12.12.2019 as expeditiously as possible.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter at this stage.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
