THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Kethan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.B.Balakrishna, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 06.10.2018 insofar as it pertains to Shuddaganga Drinking Water Units of the petitioner.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the respondents are not insisting on the requirements contained in the impugned order insofar as it pertains to the petitioner. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in the petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
