JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Advocate Ms. Bela Prajapati for the petitioner, who submits that the father of the petitioner has expired today and funeral of the deceased is also to be held today.
In view of the above submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and in view of the averments made in this petition, this petition is partly allowed and the petitioner will not be arrested for a period of three (3) days from today.
Direct Service is permitted today.
