Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. The Writ Appeal is filed challenging the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge in the Writ Petition. We do not find any ground to interfere with the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. All the contentions raised by the appellants can be put forward in the Writ Petition. The appellants would also be entitled to make a request before the learned Single Judge to hear and dispose of the Writ Petition on an early date or to pass further interim orders as W.A.No.1361/2014 2 the circumstances of the case may warrant in the matter.
With the above observations, the Writ Appeal is dismissed.
