O R D E R In this proceedings, a memo is filed seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. The said memo reflects thumb impression of the petitioner and the same is not identified by the counsel for the petitioner on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner on record would submit that he has retired from the matter prior to filing of this memo by the petitioner.
3. Petitioner Smt. Kempamma is present before the Court. She is identified by previous counsel whose name is shown in the cause list as well as Aadhaar Card shown by her. Sri. Krishna Naik, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 identifies the petitioner.
4. The aforesaid submission of the petitioner and counsel is taken on record. In the light of the petitioner requesting the matter to be dismissed as withdrawn, memo is taken on record.
5. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Petitioner who is present before the Court is ordered to affix her thumb impression to the order sheet which shall be identified by Sri. Krishna Naik, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 who has identified her before the Court.
