Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Kumar Rai, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The present petition has been preferred seeking the following relief:
"1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents District Magistrate/ S.D.M. to consider the claim of petitioner for appointment as seasonal collection peons for giving the benefit of reservation of the handicapped according to spirit of government order dated 13.01.11 by considering the representation dated 05.02.21 & 15.02.21 as (Annexure No. 06 & 07) to this writ petition." Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim as noticed above, shall be examined in accordance with law and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
