JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.01.2011.
2. Heard Mr.M.Raja Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.R.Laxmanan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first respondent, by an order dated 27.06.2017, has informed the petitioner that they are unable to take further action during investigation in the criminal case by CBI.
4. In view of the above fact, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the communication of the first respondent in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
