Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

The petitioner in this Writ Petition prays for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to grant adequate police protection from the fourth respondent, who has made obstruction in running of stage carriage vehicle bearing registration No.KL-13/H-4444. The allegation of the petitioner is that on 22.9.2014 the fourth respondent, claiming to be ex-driver, has created obstruction in running of the vehicle. The petitioner has submitted Exhibit P2 complaint dated 22.9.2014 before the first respondent.

3. We only observe that Exhibit P2 complaint of the petitioner will be looked into by the first respondent and appropriate measures will be taken.
The Writ Petition is closed with the above observation.
