Heard Sri Tapesh Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Shri Shyam Mani Shukla, learned counsel appearing for respondent-Nagar Nigam.
The petitioner appears to have been granted a contract upon presenting highest bid for parking from 7.7.2018 upto 31.3.2019.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been running his contract but the other contractors in the field are hindering his business and, therefore, he has made a complaint to the Nagar Nagam where the same is still pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner makes a representation to the Nagar Nigam with regard to his grievance, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law by the authority concerned.
